- WTB Byway TCS 700C / 650b gravel tyre is a versatile and fast semi-slick tyre for both road and gravel and hard surfaces.
- Great for bikepacking and bike tours and typical gravel riding.
- WTB Byway TCS is characterised by low rolling resistance.
- Tyre is designed for gravel wheels which are available in our offer.
- The tyre is foldable and takes up little space.
- Fits well on rims with an inner width between 19 and 32 mm.
Dual DNA rubber compound in WTB Byway TCS Tyre
- WTB Byway has two rubber compounds. The central (slick) section of the tread uses a harder rubber compound to ensure fast rolling and prevent tread wear, while the side tabs consist of softer, slower bouncing rubber to improve control and grip.
All Dual DNA tyres belong to the fast-rolling category.
Tread – WTB Byway TCS Tyre
- In the WTB Byway tyre, a smooth central tread line is combined with a textured intermediate section that provides a smooth transition to small outer tabs for unwavering traction in loose mud and gravel.
- The pronounced outer tabs also extend down the sidewall, providing an extra level of protection against road obstructions in all shapes and sizes.
- The tread is designed for use on asphalt, hard surfaces, earth, gravel and crushed stones.

Tubeless
- All tyre configurations are tubeless compatible (TLR).
- However, the tyre can also be used freely with inner tubes. In this case, they are installed in the same way as conventional tubed tyres.
Colours
- The WTB Byway Gravel tyre is available in two colour options:
- Black ⚫️
- Black-Beige ⚫️🟠 – a tyre with black tread and beige side edges, emphasising the gravel character of the bike and wheels.
