Tour de Pologne 2021 – Stage lengths

Stage 1 – Lublin > Chełm | 216 km | 8 August 2021 – Monday
The ceremonial start of 78. Tour de Pologne will take place on the Castle Square in Lublin. On that day, the route will lead through the Lubelskie Province. The schedule of this stage will include as many as three LOTTO Lottery Premiums that will be held in Batorz, Godziszów and Krasnystaw. The racers will also compete in three climbs of the 3rd category in Błażek, Antolin and Hosznia Abramowska. The finish line of the first stage is planned in Chełm, a town located on the Uherka River.

Stage 2 – Zamość > Przemyśl | 201 km | 10 August 2021 – Tuesday
The second stage of 78. Tour de Pologne 201-kilometre-long will start in Zamość. The competitors will leave the Lublin region on that day and cross the border of the Podkarpacie province. That day’s route will also be challenging, with a grueling finish. The riders will compete in two LOTOO Lottery Premia in Krasnobród and Józefów and in two Mountain Premia of the II category in Kalwaria Pacławska and Gruszowa and in one Mountain Premia of the III category in Wólka Husińska.

Stage 3 – Sanok > Rzeszów | 226 km | 11 August 2021 – Wednesday
The third stage of the Tour de Pologne 2021 will take place for the second day in a row in Podkarpacie. The start of the race will take place in Sanok. Then the cyclists will cover over 200 kilometers, through such places as Ustrzyki Dolne, the Arłamów Hotel or Łańcut. The finish line of the stage will be located in the capital of Podkarpacie – Rzeszów. It will be a demanding stage in which the racers will also compete in three LOTTO Lottery Stages in Ustrzyki Dolne, Kańczuga and Łańcut as well as two climbs of the second category (Hotel Arłamów and Kalwaria Pacławska) and one climbs of the third category in Gruszowa.

Stage 4 – Tarnów > Bukovina Resort | 160 km | 12 August 2021 – Thursday
The fourth stage of TDP 2021 will be the first during which the riders will cover less than 200 kilometers. However, it will be a difficult route with numerous climbs. Viewers will be able to observe the majestic panorama of the Tatra Mountains and views of the Tatra National Park. The finish line will be located in Bukowina Tatrzańska. During the route the riders will compete in the 3rd category Premia Górna in Lubinka and two 2nd category Premia Górna in Chomranice and Łapszanka, whereas in Zakliczyn there will be LOTTO Lotna Premia.

Stage 5 – Chochołów, Gmina Czarny Dunajec > Bielsko-Biała | 173 km | 13 August 2021 – Friday
During the Friday stage of this year’s TDP the riders will start the race by passing through the living open-air museum of folk architecture – Chochołów, and then they will ride through the picturesque mountains and the Beskid Andrychowski. The terrain will be undulating with many climbs that day. In Bielsko-Biała there will be a spectacular finish line, which will be preceded by three laps. Three climbs of the 1st category are planned on the route – the Krowiarki Pass, the Kocierz Pass and the Przegibek Pass, as well as one LOTTO Lottery Premia in the Andrychów Commune.

Stage 6 – Katowice > Katowice – Individual time trial | 18 km | 14 August 2021 – Saturday
In the capital of the Silesian Voivodship the riders will compete in an individual time trial covering a distance of 18 kilometers. The route will be characterized by many straight sections, making it quite dynamic. A ride through historic Nikiszowiec is planned. The finish line will be located at the Silesian Insurgents’ Monument.

Stage 7 – Zabrze > Kraków | 145 km | 15 August 2021 – Sunday
During the last stage of the 78th Tour de Pologne, the cyclists will start from Zabrze. Then they will cover the route from Silesia Province to Malopolska Province. From the point of view of the route shape, it will be a typical stage with a finish for sprinters. The finish line will be located on Krakow’s Błonia Park. During the route of the seventh stage the riders will compete for the third-category Mountain Premia in Łaziska and the LOTTO Lotna Premia commemorating the anniversary of the strike in the Piast Mine.

The cyclists will pass through Alwernia on Sunday at 5:23 p.m. at the earliest and will be riding along provincial road no. 780, taking into account that the average speed will be around 45 km/h.

Hi Ali, regarding to the official schedule it will be between 18:07 – 18:23 and will depend on AVG speed.
