Delivery, processing, returns and exchanges

Delivery

  1. We ship your purchased items via:
    • courier companies
    • Paczkomaty Inpost (In Poland – parcel must be 60x40x30 cm and weigh up to 15 kg)
  2. Delivery costs are specified on the purchase page when placing an order.
  3. The time taken to receive your parcel from the moment of dispatch depends on the carrier, usually 1-3 working days. We have no influence on the time of delivery.
  4. Individual products may have restrictions on the choice of carrier.

Realisation

  1. Delivery time is usually up to 14 days.
  2. In exceptional cases, when goods have to be ordered from an external warehouse, the lead time may be extended. In any such case, the customer will be informed and will have the opportunity to cancel the order.
  3. The delivery time depends on the method of payment:
    • from the day of placing the order in the case of COD shipments,
    • from the day of order in the case of personal collection with cash payment,
    • from the day of booking the payment on the account in case of orders paid by traditional bank transfer (usually from 12 hours to 1 working day)
    • from the day of booking the payment on the Stripe or Przelewy24 account, in the case of payments through these payment intermediaries (usually from several minutes to an hour)
  4. Orders are processed only on working days. The above deadlines apply to orders placed by 12:00 P.M. Orders placed after this time are processed from the next working day.

Returns

  1. Pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act (Polish law), a consumer has the right to withdraw from a remote agreement, without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs referred to in Article 33, Article 34(2) and Article 35 of the aforementioned Act.
  2. The period for withdrawal from a distance contract begins upon receipt of the goods and is 14 days.
    The detailed course of the withdrawal procedure is specified in the Rules of the shop.

Exchange

  1. If you would like to exchange the goods for a different colour/size, within the availability of the product in the shop, please send back the goods with a statement of the goods to be exchanged for. In this case, the postage costs are paid by the customer.
  2. The shop reserves the right to refuse to exchange goods if they are not in stock. In such a situation, the goods can be returned within 14 days of their delivery to the Customer, in accordance with the return policy.
  3. Please contact us in advance to confirm whether a particular exchange will be possible.
